  • If the white PE actuator is missing, Then you have to connect to customer care and get it repaired or fixed. If it is in place and working properly then you have to check the next step to know the root cause of the problem and fix it.
  • Now you have to turn your machine around and check at the back of the machine
  • To do so you have to remove the back cover of the machine and rotate it from the center of the machine.
  • Now you have to take the back cover apart and clear all the plastic tabs and the pointers that you can see. this is one of the most common things that can lead to a paper jam in the printer.
  • Then have to examine the back area of your machine that you can expose now.
  • Remove the paper that you can see in that area
  • You have to do this process slowly to avoid any damage to the rear and Tear at the back of the machine. If the people left on the machine then it will create another problem of paper jam. 
  • Re-install the cover after clearing the JAM paper. While doing this process you have to make sure that the rear cover is complete.  if it is installed correctly then it should be flush without the back machine.
  • Turn your machine to the front as it was earlier and you can see the front of the machine again.
  • Now you have to live the flatbed scanner until it gets completely clogged to the open position.
  • Carefully examine the open area under the flatbed scanner. 
  • You have to examine the complete area open under the flatbed scanner remove it, if you find any paper over there.
